I am working on week to of my doing it over again. I am going to read the Spark again. Last week I lost 10 pounds, I think that is just crazy. I have never lost ten pounds in my life. Except when I was gravely ill. I am exercising regularly now about 60 to 90 minutes a day with short bursts during commercials. I have fallen down many times but I must go forward.
