Hello all! Happy Oct. 1 and today is day 1 of week 2 for me..
Today I walked for 30 minutes outside and climbed up one small hill. Only ate 1/4 bagel for breakfast cuz when I microwaved it, it came out rockhard! So only 1/4 of it was salvageable. After that with cream cheese, I was full anyway. I had a handful of peanuts too for some protein.
My plan for today is to get back out and enjoy the fall weather. It is beautiful out over here. Such a nice change from the miserable weather we had over the weekend..
