Amen to that. I think this10 min. challenge is helping me. Actually, I know it is. It's got that 'Spark' burning again. I need challenges to keep myself motivated. I needed this one because I needed a 'kick' to get me moving again. When I exercise/eat right, I'm happier than any other time. So I don't know why I let this 'Streak' or 'Spark' ever get dim. Shame on me. I seem to be my own worst enemy.

Having said all of that and rambled on, I have already walked for 20 mins this morning before coming to work. I plan to take my GD walking after work. Sounds like a winner for me - walking and GD all at the same time.

Lost my motivation but this challenge is reminding my of my goal. Go SP.
I did 30 min on elliptical and 10 min walk. but not in that in that order. I was not even going to do anything! emoticon

1st day week two. Hoping our computera work today so I can check a the good stuff for this week.

One day at a time...

So I am starting week 2 over today since last week I was on auto
Pilot & was going through emotional stiff. The good thing, I didn't binge too many times last week. Going through challenges & moving forward is my motto this week.

Happy 2nd week everyone!!!

Like to commercial strength training. I'll do sit ups during commercials tonight as my goal. Today is my 1st day and I am mixing it up w/ my NEW Homemade TRX system I assembled. It great and not very difficult for a beginner. They use all the exercised we have been doing using the straps, and our body weight. I googled and UTUBED info on TRX exercises and found great trainers demonstrating the exercises. Even found a class demo as well.
Okay, you hear I am jazzed about it. Well, I completed 30 mns of my new exercises!!! emoticon 10mns 3 x for me!

Hello all! Happy Oct. 1 and today is day 1 of week 2 for me..

Today I walked for 30 minutes outside and climbed up one small hill. Only ate 1/4 bagel for breakfast cuz when I microwaved it, it came out rockhard! So only 1/4 of it was salvageable. After that with cream cheese, I was full anyway. I had a handful of peanuts too for some protein.

My plan for today is to get back out and enjoy the fall weather. It is beautiful out over here. Such a nice change from the miserable weather we had over the weekend..

Walked toay. Have been doing my eliptical. Went to a wholistic practitioner today and she suggested yoga/walking/breathing exercises for not.

Seriously - nothing makes me feel "healthier" then working up a really good sweat.
