Interesting isn't it how we start to make positive changes in our lives like resolving to get in 10 minutes of exercise each day (which sounded very do-able when we started) and now several days or a week into it, we spend at least 10 minutes arguing with ourselves about doing the 10 minutes of physical activity! At least that is what has always happened to me in the past.
What's 10 minutes of walking? I have been doing it for 4 days now and it has been great, so why don't I want to do it today????
New strategy: IT IS A NEW DAY! Don't think about it. JUST DO IT. It may seem robotic- like the first couple minutes, but we all know once we get going we are just fine.
DON"T LET THE DOUBT AND NEGATIVE THINKING TAKE OVER.
Taking Baby steps daily will = Giant positive results.
