I've been going to bootcamp 5 days a week (56 minute workouts), and on the two days off I either do a video or walk on an incline on the treadmill for 10-20 minutes. Ways I've been sneaking in more exercise: parking further from my office, taking the stairs, doing dishes by hand as the PDF suggested. When I'm "resting" between exercises at bootcamp, I try to keep moving by either walking backand forth or stepping side to side. I also walk further to use the bathroom at work, rather than the one closest to me (mostly because the other one is cleaner).
Looking forward to getting started on week 3! I can't believe I've been keeping up with this. Feels great.
