I just completed Week 2 on the 10-min. daily exercise streak challenge. One unusual thing I've started doing is to exercise with hand weights while waiting for my computer to warm up each day. I do reps for 10 minutes. I also do chair marching several days a week. Mobility issues and injuries hamper my exercise, but there are still many things I can do to move my body and burn calories.
