I have completed week 2. I am soooooooo glad I joined the 10 Min Challenge. It's a great way to get started, get moving, get motivated, AND increase my workout time.

Week two was great for me. I incorporated some of the suggestions from the calendar such as parking further and walking and playing with the kids.

I have just finished my second week of the challenge. Because of mobility issues I have difference exercising. I love doing strength training with dumbbells and have discovered chair dancing.

great idea with the hand weights! When I am driving I tighten my tummy and butt....hold it tight for a minute and release. Gotta fit in the exercise whenever we can. It makes it so much easier. emoticon

I just completed Week 2 on the 10-min. daily exercise streak challenge. One unusual thing I've started doing is to exercise with hand weights while waiting for my computer to warm up each day. I do reps for 10 minutes. I also do chair marching several days a week. Mobility issues and injuries hamper my exercise, but there are still many things I can do to move my body and burn calories. emoticon
