I'm so happy that I have gotten two weeks of consistant daily ecercise. It is pleasing to have accomplished it. There was a couple of days that I felt in a slump, okay it was probaby three or four, but I kept it up anyway and my husband encouraged me and worked out with me. Now I'm looking forward week three.

The possibilities always outnumber the problems.
