On day 2 already! Did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred level 1 last night (I'm on day 4 now) and today I will do Zumba for 30 minutes on my lunch break!

So it wasn't too bad. I actually did more than I thought I could, and it was a nice progression. It's making me feel better to realise how easy it is to add in ten minutes (and sometimes more).
