I can relate to your day! I am a stay at home Grandma of 2! A 2 yr old and 4 yr old. I used to use nap time to get things done too. Now my Grand daughter is in Pre-K and while my Grand Son is taking his nap I go into Grandma time mode! In goes the DVD on onward with the exercising! And like you I sleep better,less stress and feel better! I am glad that you too found a balance in your daily routine! Best of luck & congratulations on your little one!
There is a song on a show that my Grand Kids watch and I think it applies : "Keep trying, keep trying, don't give up, never give up" I intend to keep trying and I will never give up till I reach my goal!
