Mopping floors at my house is a very rigorous bout of exercise as we have lots of ceramic tile and I need to move a lot of furniture around to get the floor mopped. I enjoy the calorie burn and then it doesn't seem so much like work because I realize that I am benefiting from it!
It officially ends at midnight today. I am seeing my blood pressure going down and staying down. I guess even making sure to do a minimum of 10 minutes of exercise every single day, really does work. I tried some of the 'creative' activities while I was home doing housework to make sure that I did not miss the 10 minutes of walking. I know, I could have done it in addition, but I did sort do that on Sunday ! All and all a good week and on to starting week 3 tomorrow.
