In week 2 I began to work out almost every day 30 minutes or longer. I do a variety of workouts from Walking work out DVDs to Richard Simmons DVDs to Tai Chi DVDs. I believe it is important to have variety in your work outs. I am feeling my muscles start to tone a bit and I am feeling a little better.

Just can't live that negative way....make way for a positive day!
