Oh thanks KBTZNELSON! This week has been good as far as exercise. I have incorporated regular exercise into my daily routine, and I simple love it! Now I have to work REAL hard on afternoon-night binging. THAT is my biggest obstacle in achieving a healthy lifestyle.

My short-term minigoals for December 2012 are the following:
I stayed motivated again this week to finish week two!! I parked futher away from the store when shopping and, I organized our churchs "Hanging of the Greens" again this year. I walked from room to room through our entire church probably around 10-15 times all evening making sure everyone had the right decorations or if they needed anything for three hours. It was the best excercise I had all week. I ran after my grandbabies during the week which was great fun! All in all it was a very productive week! Looking forward to the challenges for week three!
