Not my best week, but it could have been worse. I managed 4 days with at least 40 minutes of WATP, then another day with a two hour walk. I actually made my friends elliptical machine move but could only manage 5 minutes at a time, still better than nothing! The creative ways I chose to get in exercise were to do dishes by hand, I bought another pedometer and wore it and I climbed 5 flights of stairs instead of waiting at the bottom of the parking garage. I realized that I already pace when I'm on the phone.
Overall, I think I'm doing pretty good with this challenge. Normally I get at least 20 minutes of planned exercise in a day but week two happened to fall during my vacation, so I let it slip. I'm already back on track though and feeling good about it!
