Every day before exercising I think to myself "all I have to do is 10 minutes..." and I end up doing 45! Great motivator, and then the exercise will motivate me through the rest of the work out!

Feeling physically and mentally great. Just did 2 miles with Leslie Sansone WATP DVD. It was a fast one: 2 miles in 18 minutes and it felt wonderful. Yeah for all of us!!

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

I joined SP 28 day bootcamp, so that helped me get in 10 minutes everyday. But, more than that I learned that I could get in a decent workout in my own living room. And, with my treadmill positioned where it is, I have a legitimate excuse to watch some of my favorite programs. I don't have to feel guilty about watching tv because I'm working out while I'm doing it. I've also figured out that I can, without any real effort meet my 10,000 steps/day goal if I walk to pick my kids up from school rather than drive it. And, it's almost effortless. I have to go there anyway (and with the traffic getting out of there it doesn't take me that much longer to walk than to drive it).
