GREAT for you swift-karma! I, a lot of times, try to remind myself it's only 10 minutes. Or, if I have time to watch tv, I should devote that much time to walk/run. And thank goodness for a friend that asks me to go walk/run with them. Otherwise, I'd be working from home, in front of the tv or on the computer. Oh, wait, I'm there. Time to put on shoes and phone a friend...
Great Job! A five hour trip, WOW. That would have been really hard after that. Maybe if you have to do it again, you could drive for a few hours then go for a ten minute fast walk. It would break up the drive and then you wouldn't have to do it when you got home.

This week I had to go out of town and visit a project site, 5 hours from home. Had to sleep there and come back the next day. Since I`m in the challenge I downloaded a 10 min workout on my phone and did it in the hotel room. The real challenge was yesterday because I had to squeeze the exercise after that 5 hour trip... I turned the computer on, put my exercise clothes on, but then sat down to watch tv Hubbie came in and I thought of that as an excuse, but then I said to myself it's only 10min! And I hve to see through the challenge... So I did another 10min online workout and now I can say: I did it!! for me
