I completed week 1 & I meet goals everyday! Now for week 2, I'm supposed to identify & incorporate 2 activities into my lifestyle. From the 30 days to an active lifestyle handout...I can identify the following I already do!
1. Wash dishes by hand often. 2. Park further away & walk in. 3. Wear a pedometer daily w/ 15000+ steps daily 4. Take the stairs 5. I walk 60-90 min daily 6. while watching tv, I sometimes just run in place as I watch to keep moving 7. move about while talking on the phone 8. I car dance! LOL
And sneaking fitness into things I do, well...while dusting, I put dance music & I dance while I dust! Cleaning mirrors, I reach & extend my arms as I swipe. I vacuum & dance & move about! Doing the laundry...I stand & stretch. Changing the bed linens...same deal.
Today I walked 90 minutes, I completed 10 min of jump start cardio workout w/coach Nicole. & I did 8 min balancing lower body band workout w/coach Nicole for strength & balance!
I kept w/in my calorie range, drank my 8 glasses of water, & moved my body!
for week 2 day 1!
