I can't believe I've made it this long without missing a day. I know I'll make it the rest of the way now, unless something drastic happens.
Anyway, yesterday I did 20 minutes on the stationary bike. Today I planned on going to Curves, but wasn't able to so I did 30 minutes of cardio & a 10 minute walk around the block. I think I worked harder today than I do at Curves - as a matter of fact, I'm sure of it.
