I have taken this challenge to hear. I am already a fairly active person, but this has made me push myself just slightly past that.

I have been parking in no man's land (only during the day, when I park the car at night at a store, I park closer if I'm alone)
I've been getting up and walking to the water cooler that's farther away from me.
I've even gone on a mid work day walk (though that's not something I'll keep up, the sweaty hot mess I had to be for the rest of the work day sucked *laughs*)

All in all....this challenge ROCKS!!!

Whether you think can or cannot do something- you're right.

If it is to be it is up to me!!!
