In actuality due to public transit and other things it was closer to an hour and I am very sore now. Still doing my 10 today.

I am in week one as well. Started at the end of last week. I walked 1.4 miles sat. 1 mile Sunday 2 miles Monday and today :) Well meeting my ten minute a day goal and feeling great! Good Luck to you!

So here I am at week 1 of my first challenge. I am simply setting the goal of 10 minutes of exercise every day. I see myself doing much more as I have larger fitness goals, BUT I want to set an achievable goal for this first week of the challenge and meet it. Here goes!
