My mother passed away right after I joined this challenge, and of course, that interrupted everything. Her service was this weekend, now I am starting again! I want to lose another 30 # this year! I lost 30# last year by implementing small changes into my life, that is what I plan on continuing to do. Last year, I really concentrated on my diet. I quit eating non-stop, and having the high-calorie snacks. I have gone back to eating more vegetables and having healthy low-cal snacks when I must eat something in between meals. I am now trying to incorporate more exercise and general movement into my daily life. I watch a developmentally disabled girl and today we had a dance party for over 10 minutes, but I am not sure how long actually! I gave myself credit for 10 minutes. I also did the 8-minute cardio video today! After the stress of the past few months, I decided that this would be a week to be good to myself. Exercise is being really good to my body, and I am always proud of myself afterwards!
