Last night for DAY 1 I did 12 minutes of an excercise DVD. DAY 2 this Morning did another 12 minutes. Feel terrific just getting back into excercising.

Day 2 - I did the 9 minute seated upper body video, then added a few more upper body exercises to stretch that 9 minutes into 10

My goal is to get my butt in action! I used to be active, but don't even walk to my classes anymore. I feel like 10 min a day is a reasonable goal to start on and I know the mini successes of each days workout will help boost my confidence! :)
