I agree with the other two ladies! Listening to music or watching television, sometimes even reading, will cause those 10 minutes to go by rather quickly and turn into 15, 20 or even 30 minutes! emoticon

10 minutes usually runs into 15 or 20 for me. It gets easier after the first 10.

Some times I put the post in the wrong spot so bare with me please. Lol. I have a kettle bell that I might be using for the 10 min work out or I am going walk in place for the 10 mins to get steps on my tracker. No matter wait I will be moving emoticon
