before i joined (last week) i had just started back up at my gym since i had already had my membership. once i looked through everything on this site i realized that i dont really need the gym for anything. so my plan for now is to keep my membership and do my total body workout there since i have been working with the trainer there and do the videos on the days that i dont go to the gym. i really only need those 10-15 mins on the off days because of my work schedule. once my membership is up in september i plan to be closer to reaching my goal that i will not need the gym anymore and i can do all my workouts from home. i love the videos that are on here and i also use the videos on comcast ondemand, theyre great too. looking to get to know everyone on here and help each other reach our goals

So I just signed up for Spark People today. I turned 41 on Friday and I have let my weight get way out of hand. I have done Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Diet Pills, you name it and now I am trying something new!!! 10 minutes a day seems workable to me. I am starting with a positive "can do" attitude. I haven't figured out how to work this site yet, but I hope to make some great supportive buddies along the way.
