Yes, it's amazing how fast you see results. I lost an inch on my waist and hips. Not as happy with the pounds though.

I have just ended the January Jumpstart challenge and found doing the 10 minute video each day easily fit into my schedule. My goal is to continue to do a 10 minute Sparkpeople video daily. I have seen the results in my measurements in just one month!

My goal is just consistency. I was a competitive athlete not that many years ago, so I know how to work out, but problem is, I tend to jump into too much too fast, then get discouraged or injured because my body wasn't ready yet. I want to BE in shape, but I don't want to have to GET in shape, lol. So here's to getting in shape!
