Hi This is Susan. Starting at 177 lbs. and want to get down to 135 as a final goal weight. Setting first goal for 10%, so a loss of 17 lbs. Very interested in Spark and looking for encouragement.

Hi, I'm Tonya. I started at 263 pounds. I'm currently at 185 pounds. I also set small goals to make my life much easier. My goal weight is 145 pound. But I have set my next goal at 180 pounds. Good luck, with everything.

Hi, my name is Jen. I am currently 168 and I would love to just drop 10 pounds to make myself feel better. Even though my total weight loss goal is to be 130 pounds I am making my goals smaller to make it easier. :)
