It's tough getting started but you get hooked quickly. I can't miss my 10-15 minutes on the treadmill. Hope to up it slowly. Feel I could do it now but holding off because doc doesn't want me to overdo with hip replacement. Hang in there - it's contagious! Not the hip - the exercise.

This is my first day (night - it's 9:00 p.m.) and I'm not going to work out tonight, but will start tomorrow. I want to get back into regular workouts and think this is a good way to start.

Joe great start, three days and already improving! Way to go!! emoticon

Okay, I lied - just finished the 12-minute seated core video. Now I'm going to bed.

Today was my first day starting this challenge, I am severely obese and been eating healthier for about a month now and starting to feel really good. I refuse to call it a diet and refer to its as a lifestyle change. Started this challenge today but only made it 6 minutes doing some low Impact cardio. I will continue this challenge everyday and work up to 10 minutes a day and beyond.
