It's tough getting started but you get hooked quickly. I can't miss my 10-15 minutes on the treadmill. Hope to up it slowly. Feel I could do it now but holding off because doc doesn't want me to overdo with hip replacement. Hang in there - it's contagious! Not the hip - the exercise.
You can definitely do this!!! Just start out slow and pace yourself. What's important is that you got out there and did something today, even if you think it's not that much. It's still more than many people do!

Today was my first day starting this challenge, I am severely obese and been eating healthier for about a month now and starting to feel really good. I refuse to call it a diet and refer to its as a lifestyle change. Started this challenge today but only made it 6 minutes doing some low Impact cardio. I will continue this challenge everyday and work up to 10 minutes a day and beyond.
