Welcome Purple, This is one of the best challenges. You can start slow and work up to 15,20,30 minutes even an hour. The people in this challenge are the sweetest and really smart with the help to keep you on track.

Welcome purple. One thing that really helped me was to not only join the challenge but also the Spark streak to exercise for at least 10 minutes a day. I ended up going 73 days with out a break to the streak. Never before have I done that. Makes you feel like you can conquer anything.

Welcome, Purple! I'm fairly new myself and love SP. This is a great support group. There are other terrific groups around the SP community also. I still don't know the ins and outs of the website but I'm finding my way around and doint great. So, welcome - we're happy to have you! BJ

Well, you just get out there and start working out! With this particular challenge, you push yourself to work out for 10 minutes a day. You can watch some of the workout videos on here, or you can do your own workout. I think this is a 4 week challenge! You can definitely do it though! And you can use Spark People and your Spark friends for support!!!
