I keep reading about Zumba for the Wii. I moved and still have not found the box with my Wii but when I do, I'm getting Zumba!!

35 minutes today.

Walked 25 minutes with the chow kids and did a yoga workout for 15 mins.

I plan on continuing my seven day, 60 minutes a day workouts. I am very consistent and have been successful.

I plan on doing at least 20 minutes of Zumba on my Wii! It's so fun and it hardly feels like working out...I think that will help with me sticking with it.
