That's how I started too and now I often exercise longer and drink more water! Still can't do a lot of exercise though as I'm still recovering from hip replacement surgery. But I'm getting therer. Keep up the good work, Vick.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I thought it best to start off small so that my family and I all have time to adjust to new routines. I don't want to start off with my ultimate goal and then find that I become disheartened when I'm unable to achieve it (as has previously happened!).
