welcome newbie! I am just recent to this group I think I am on my 5th day and I am up to 20 min of cardio and 10 strength training min. I must say I had been working on my weight for a while but got out of my regieme for over a month. I feel the soreness in my muscles I guess that is a good sign . Sunday weigh in will be my big show.
