I think that is a really good goal and adequate time to reach that goal. And you also make a good point. Starting off slow can definitely reduce your chances of being overwhelmed. I think that is what I should do!

I found the even when I am tired and I do just those 10 min or 15 min I am energized.

Im takin baby steps to begin, My ultimate goal is to loose weight and be in better physical shape. My Fitness goal is to be able to run a 5k, by May...10 min a day will help make me work it even when Im 'too tired'...
