Hello everyone, I am in desperate need to implement exercise in my daily life and so here I am. The only problem is, I hate and despise exercise. I was forced to do it during my time in the Army and as much as I loathed it...when I was done, I felt great! Energized for the whole day. I need to get back to that and get some of this weight off. So wish me luck and I wish all of you luck too! Let's do this! For my goals...I want to start out small...stepping stones...I want to be able to do at least 20 min at least 3 times a week of something! Anything is better than nothing. Hopefully I will be able to meet this goal.
