I also did my 10 minute workout to Coach Nicole's videos. I took a half mile walk out in the cold too. It was a brisk walk and a cold one too.

Well I did my 10 minute workout. I did squats, modified jumping jacks ( my feet don't jump or run yet), and I did this exercise I learned on the video so now I have succeeded at doing it correctly. emoticon
