I will do 10 minutes of bursting on the elliptical and 10 minutes of planks before I go to bed at night. My goal is to become strong and healthy so I can continue to enjoy life and be at peace with myself. I will also change my eating habits to incorporate what I am seeking to maintain a healthy weight with my goals of losing at least 40 pounds by June 2013.
