Wish I had your problem? Well actually no I don't I could eat for Britain on a bad day and get the gold medal. Seriously we must not eat less than the minimum 1200 cals per day as that plays havoc with our metabolism and actually prevents us from losing weight. Honest I have tried it You have to try planning your food to include some higher calorie less filling foods to help you get there
If you normally have that kind of eating pattern then you will have to retrain yourself to eat at regular intervals throughout the day. Start with your healthy breakfast and then a small snack a few hours later, lunch a few hours after that and so on until you have eaten 5 times. Drinking water all day will also help to make you feel fuller so keep that in mind as well. What I try to do is have 2-3 fruit options everyday, an apple, banana, and I count raisins that I put in my plain oatmeal for breakfast. that gives me a good healthy snack to eat when I get a little hungry between meals. It also stops me from looking for something that isn't quite that healthy because I don't have anything on hand.

I track all of my food for the day in the morning and am already 200+ calories under the low end of my daily calorie goal. On top of that I am just not hungry for lunch. It's already 2:00 and I ate breakfast right around 9:30. Should eat because I know I have to? Or not eat because I'm not hungry? I worry about missing calories...skipping lunch would put me at just over 800 calories for the day
