Sounds to me like you are doing Cardio Dancing. You can track it in the Fitness Tracker under that title. Judge your minutes and divide by two so that you account for the times when you are focussed on something else. Still a great workout!
What you put your focus on you will get. Think of what you DON'T want and you'll get more of it. Think only of what you DO want and that's what will come!

Im looking to add other exercises to my day as well, but asking for future references, does dancing around count? like running around, random stupid movements, singing to myself? (its stupid I know, lol, but in the mornings before i get my kids up for day care, Ill crank my music up, and dance around like that while cleaning the front rooms in my house and getting the kids breakfast ready. It usually ends with me out of breath and sweating, so I wasnt sure, lol figured id ask just in case i wind up missing a day of planned exercise...)
