Hey guys...I think I did pretty ok with working out for my first week. It was rough after the holiday and all but I am on my way to the market to get the good food to keep me on track. I have found a great channel on youtube to add to my quick workouts as well. So, with that said...its time for me to get moving. How was your week one!??
