I have not done this challenge in awhile, however it's a new year, moving this weekend, big move at work that took 4 months of 7 days a week is done . . so I need to really refocus.

Hubby is with me this time around (he's not so sure that the 10 minutes a day will do anything) but at least he's willing to work with me on BOTH of us getting fit and healthier. . .

It's amazing that I'm finding myself excited about getting it together and exercising again.

I was doing so well when this challenge started and then Christmas came and my computer crashed and that was the excuse I used. Now have the computer up and running and its a New Year and so am I. Have hear reset button and am starting fresh.

Went outside after about a month and did 25 minutes then i saw this and said I can do this. I will go for ten minutes tomorrow. Thanks.

I'm hoping that by committing to just 10 minutes a day won't seem overwhelming and I'll be able not to find an excuse - not enough time, etc....
