That's my goal, too! I quit so easily if I have a bad day or two. If I look at ten minute intervals, I have to do better. 10 minutes walking, going up and down stairs, anything!

10 minutes one day at a time.
Today i plan to spend 10 minutes working my lower body. I'm not sure what that is going to look like but I will stretch, bend and lift for 10 minutes.
Tomorrow I will play in the snow.
