Wow! It feels great to be starting a challenge! Here I am in week 1, and my goal are to exercise at least 10 minutes daily. I will be using some of the videos here on Sparkpeople, but mostly I will be on FItness Blender videos located on Youtube. I love their ballet barre workouts and their cardio kickboxing workouts!
Some smaller sub-goals I have are to drink water more often, and so measure my portion sizes. However, the main focus will be on water and exercising. I want to start out small, and not overload myself right away.
