i also have difficulty finding a good time to get my 10 in .. i work nights and when i get off at 6-7am and most mornings i am extremely tired... what i do is head to walmart on the way home and walk around there for 15-30.. that refreshes me enough to safely drive home... my job is physical.. working in convenient store.. lot of moving.. lifting and bending to put stock up.

emoticon to the team. I am not a morning person so the thought of getting up earlier and doing 10 minutes is out of the question for me. I do mine through out the day in my office. I have a door, so I close and do squats, lunges, weights, etc. for 2-5 minutes and then I walk during my breaks, so I get 60 minutes of walking in by 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

You need to find the right time for you, even if you have to break it up into small sections.

Hi! I am new to this challenge and would like to introduce myself. I joined the Spark several weeks ago and have slowly begun to familiarize myself with the website. I tried to exercise 10 mins when I first woke up each morning, but after a week and a half I began to find excuses to put it off until later in the day and then finally not making any effort at all. I was happy to find this challenge. I am hoping that this forum will keep me motivated enough to develop a habit during the next 4 weeks...who knows, I may even look forward to exercising each day.
