I have been gone for a while. This seems like a simple step to get back in the groove. I have started exercising 2x a week on weight machines for 30 mins. But anyone even me should be about to do 10mins/day

Welcome. It's always good to keep moving. I find it hard also to move everyday, especially with kids. But good thing is, even if it is cleaning my house. I'm getting up and moving. I find making myself accountable helps.
And I hope you will love SP too. It's great.

I'm brand new to Spark People, so I'm just learning how to get involved. I'm participating in their 5K training program, so I'm going to be moving at least 3 days a week. But I think a daily reminder of my goals by doing SOMETHING even on my off days is in order.
Even if it's as simple as jogging in place for 10 minutes, hopping on the bike, or doing some yoga, I want to move every day.
