Thanks again everyone for the encouragement. I'm "graduating" to week two. It took me three weeks to get in the rhythm of regular exercise to get a week streak accomplished. Hopefully, I can do week two in one week - going for the trophy! hope to see all of you in week two.

Good luck on getting the goal this week. This challenge lasted a lot longer than 4 weeks for me as well for many of the same reasons. You will get there and hopefully since it is after Thanksgiving that works in your favor.
All right. I've been intending to meet this 10 minute a day challenge for three weeks or so. I have been getting more exercise than I did in the past which is progress but I have yet to complete a five day streak of consistent exercise (at least 10 min a day) in a week. So this week I'm going to do it - did the exercise yesterday and today - so two days down three to go. I will graduate to "week two" by the end of next week. Let's do it.
