I had a headache yesterday and am having trouble finding my motivation to get moving again. I will force myself to do it today though, and hopefully that will break my mental cycle of wanting to be lazy!

I just started this challenge, but I had the streak going already. I'm on day 4 or 5 I think of being a member of Spark! I have exceeded my workout minutes for the week and plan to get in some more before Sunday.
