I admire your commitment to sweating, its one thing I hate above all aspects of exercise. So I swim! lots of exercise, no sweat! And a feel good factor when session is over. Each to their own as I was taught.

I must say, I feel like you, Jenna. I hate sweating because I do loads of it, much more than other people I know. I also put up with it because of the benefits! Something good will come of it and has already come of it! So, I'll learn to endure THE SWEAT! Lol

I'm so happy tonight! I'm sweaty! Gross? NO! Fantastic! I completely forgot how good I feel after a workout. I just did 2 cardio videos. Since I joined this challenge, my only exercise has been walking a little, so this was my first work out in a long time (almost a month!)
Will this challenge be the first one I complete? I think it will! :)
