Good luck and best wishes to you! I also used to think that if I couldn't exercise for at least 30 minutes it wasn't worth it but it IS :) And you will find that oftentimes, you will start with 10 minutes and do more anyway ;) Have fun getting going and getting those minutes in!

While my ultimate goal is to lose weight and be healthier in general, this particular challenge I'm hoping to be not only be more consistent with my work outs (I tend to think if I can't do at least 30 minutes, I should do nothing at all) but also to start working out at home (I also think just because I can't make it to the gym, that I can't work out)

They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.
