Sounds like you have the spirit of the challenge in hand as it is working on changing your perceptions on where and how you can work out. Good for you and good luck!

I felt the same way. My 10 minutes has become a consistent 20 in the last few weeks.
You're on your own, and you know what you know, and You are the one who'll decide where to go....
Good luck and best wishes to you! I also used to think that if I couldn't exercise for at least 30 minutes it wasn't worth it but it IS :) And you will find that oftentimes, you will start with 10 minutes and do more anyway ;) Have fun getting going and getting those minutes in!
While my ultimate goal is to lose weight and be healthier in general, this particular challenge I'm hoping to be not only be more consistent with my work outs (I tend to think if I can't do at least 30 minutes, I should do nothing at all) but also to start working out at home (I also think just because I can't make it to the gym, that I can't work out)
They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.
