Some days are better than others but as everyone has told you, 10min a day is doable for anyone and I believe that you are going to be so glad that you just started with SOMETHING in 4 weeks time that you are going to keep on exercising and you will reach your goals!

Just commit to 10 minutes and some day you will have a continuing streak as myself. I felt like you did and knew I had to physically do something. I am almost into my 19th week straight of treadmill walking and am up to 60 minutes and sometimes, twice a day. You can, just believe in yourself and Just Do It!
