I've been on Spark People for about a month now and I took a little break for a while, which was a VERY bad idea. Since I work as a cashier, I sometimes assume that being on my feet all day is enough exercise, which is just not the case at all. I would love to use this group as a way to hold myself accountable and exercise for at least 10 minutes everyday. Ultimately, when the four weeks are up I would like to have lost between 8 and 12 lb. Also, being able to walk for a longer period of time or farther distance without running out of breath would be great. I wish everyone the best of luck with this challenge!
