I know that I only started this challenge the middle of last week but I've been here for a full week. I felt very down on Thursday and Friday because I did not have the strength to do any physical activities. My official weigh in today shows that by controlling my portions and by doing some exercise (more then I used to) I lost 5lbs!! I'm so excited that I can't wait to start a new week!
