hey everyone... i signed up for this challenge last night... will start the challenge tonight... i record things beginning midnight most people slack off on weekends... my weekend is wed/thurs every week... so this will help me stay on track...

my goal is to walk outdoors for 10 minutes a day. I plan to do it as soon as I get home from taking my kids to school. I park the car in the driveway and take my short walk. If I don't go in the house I don't get distracted by the dishes or sweeping or the computer or tv.
