My goal is very similar. I used to do 45 minutes of my elliptical on a regular base, but I lost my rythm. I'm mostly walking this week, but I'm hoping this challenge will get me back on track. I'm almost done with week one, and I only missed one day.

My main goal for this first week of the challenge is just to DO something, ANYthing for at least 10 minutes a day (preferably more but I'm getting over a sinus infection so I'm not going to push myself TOO hard ... yet!) EVERY day.
Probably start out with some walking outside and then move to treadmill and stationary bike, and then to Walk Away the Pounds ... that's my plan :)
